I've lost admin access

    Hi
    I am the creator of a free wordpress blog.

    When I log in, I no longer have admin access to the blog, so I can’t even change the theme.

    Let me be clear- I know my password and login information, that is not the issue. AFTER I log in, I no longer have the same menus I used to have. I have NO Users menu, NO Appearance menu, etc… in the Dashboard/WP Admin page…

    I have this issue in Firefox, even after I have cleared the cache, as well as in Internet Explorer and Chrome.

    How do I regain admin access?

    This may be something only a Happiness Engineer can help you with, since they’ll have sudo access to your site.

    Are you able to create new users and give them admin access?
