  Hi,

  A staging problem has caused my sire to be disconnected and when connected, all history has been erased, including the list of subscribers.

  To add more information. Once adding a staging site JetPack went into Safe Mode because of Identity problem. I have clicked the first option, allowing all data from the staging site to go to the live site, but instead, the data was erased and i had to start clean.

  The ID from the wp_options table under jetpack_options is: 203687577 and the ID from stats_options is: 136811659

  Please help

  Hi there,

  The website you’ve posted is using the open-source WordPress.org and this forum is for the hosted WordPress.com platform. They’re very similar, but two separate things.
