I've lost design and blog posts

  I didn’t realise I had both beaver builder and site origins, so I went through a tutorial to swap solely to beaver builder. Doing this I’ve lost all my original design of my website and lost blog posts. I’m not technically minded at all and I have tried to revert from a back up but its all still a mess, please help!
