I've lost everything

Hi, well the title says it all really.
I have lost everything tonight whilst doing some maintenance on the site.
I was using WP-DBManager and first of all the back-up facility wouldn’t work, I wasn’t to worried as I had backed up a few days ago with simple backup plugin. So I continued with DBManager to optimize the site, did that no problem and continued to empty/drop tables of deactivated plugins.
After selecting the tables I wanted to drop the page I was confronted with was the “Install wordpress” welcome screen.And so I stand before you all, a broken man who doesn’t know what to do.
