I've lost my email and I need to cancel my domain.

Hello, I have another account and I’ve lost its email. I’ve created this account just to post here. I can’t access my old acc, but it is still charging me every year without using. I’m trying to find a channel to talk to someone how can cancel that charging.

After account recovery you must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. > Store > My Upgrade. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard and disable auto renew there Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/cancel-domain/ and Guided Transfers.
