I've lost my username as well as my password

My name is Lisa C Hannon – I began the bizcom2g.wordpress.com blog, but have lost the username and password. I identify myself on the site, and I really am me, but when I log in with my username and password, I only see my three social blogs and not this professional blog. Can you assist?
