  Hi,
  I’ve lost the device a couple days a go, so that I can’t access my WordPress page via Google Authenticator as well as Backup Code
  Please help me to recover my site

  You’ll need to go through the account recovery proceedure.

  More specifically, you’ll likely need to use the account recovery form.

  Thanks Eric, but I don’t have any information to fill-in one of three options
  * Transaction ID
  * Activation URL or key
  * Two-Step Authentication Codes

  Do you have any idea for that?
