I've mapped a domain name I own and it doesn't work

  HI I hope you can help me. I’ve mapped my domain makalacheung.com that I own on 123 reg with the paid service you provide.
  Firstly I made it the primary, but then when I went to makalacheung,com it said it was stuck in a redirect loop. Then I went into 123 reg and turned off the redirect from the .com to the .wordpress domain. But then the domain mapping still did’;t work. So I’ve now switched the redirect in 123 back on and in wordpress made the wordpress domain the primary so it is back to how it was before for now. Please can you help. I want when people to go to makalacheung.com to not see the wordpress part

  It looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/?host=makalacheung.com

  Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM

  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM

  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
