I've paid for Premium but I'm seeing ads on by blog

    Hi,

    I paid for premium including no ads when I set my blog up. When I look at my account now it looks like I haven’t got it any more and when I access my site on my mobile I get adds. Can you help?

    On a separate note – where can I see a list of what I’ve paid for, how much I’ve paid and when the annual fees are due?

    I checked WordPress.com records, and I see that you purchased the premium theme Anthem earlier this year, in April. However, this is different from the WordPress.com Premium plan, which includes the No Ads upgrade. There’s no record of you purchasing WordPress.com Premium.

    If you’d like, you can either purchase the individual No Ads upgrade or get everything included in WordPress.com Premium by visiting your Store page in your dashboard.

    On a separate note – where can I see a list of what I’ve paid for, how much I’ve paid and when the annual fees are due?

    You can view and manage all of the upgrades on your blog by going to Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard. On that page, you’ll see the details about each upgrade, including when it expires, and you can renew expiring upgrades.

    You can also see a full history of your transactions by going to Store > Billing History in your dashboard. From there you can see all past purchases and view, print, or email copies of your receipts.
