  I’ve read the TOS regarding advertising and links to prohibited sites. What I’m not clear on is whether I can put a simple graphic element on the right side navigation panel that links to a charitable website selling postcards. Here is the site I want to linkto/advertise : http://www.nhequinewelfarecouncil.org/Advocacy.html

  Obviously, I don’t intended to do anything that’s prohibited, but this isn’t a money-making scheme but advertising the purchase of postcards for the purpose of communicating with Congress.

  I’ll modlook this for staff to take a look at: we volunteers cannot determine issues involving TOS.
