I've renewed my domain, but wordpress won't reinstate my page!

We’ve paid, the DNS information is up-to-date and correct. But wordpress won’t open the page up again. There is NO GODDAMN WAY to contact anyone directly around here, I’ve been looking for hours for a way to contact someone. I’m tired of this, I’ve been trying for a month to get my page back so now I’m reduced to begging for help in the forums because it’s way too damn hard to have a simple email link or phone number.
We’ve paid, why is our page being held hostage?!
I need an answer, I need someone to fix this because I don’t see anyway to get the money I paid for my site registration back.

But wordpress won’t open the page up again.
I’m seeing the same site content at dupagelibertarians.wordpress.com and at dupagelibertarians.org, but indeed something is perhaps not configured correctly since they almost seem to be two separate sites. On dupagelibertarians.org the admin bar does not appear in spite of the source code indicating that it’s a WordPressdotcom site.
I’ve gone ahead and tagged this for Staff assistance for you.

Your account with the username jenifloyd does not own and have never owned any upgrade on WordPress.com. If you visit the billing history page while logged in as this account you will see that there are no receipts for past payments listed there:
https://wordpress.com/me/billing/The domain mapping upgrade for the domain, dupagelibertarians.org, is owned by a different user, and expired on 23 May 2016 as it was never renewed. The last payment made by that account was on 23 May 2014.
I have removed the expired upgrade from the site so you’ll no longer see the expired domain overlay on the site. If you want to connect that domain again, any admin on the site should be able to buy it by going to My Sites ->Domains ->Add and selecting the Map It option.
Use a Domain You Already Own (Domain Mapping) -
Bullshit it’s expired. We renewed it through 2018. Look at the who is database. The ownership was transferred to our party chair and I’m the admin listed on the whois database.
There is no record of payment because we use a FREE account. Why do we now have to pay?
I’ve never had such a hard time working with any host. This is so stupid that I have to do this via a public forum.

@jenifloyd – there are two points here. First is domain registration with your registrar and the second is domain mapping here on WordPressdotcom.
Your domain’s WhoIs registration does show the domain is registered with a different registrar (not WordPressdotcom’s registrar “WildWestDomains”) and expires in March 2018.
If you want to connect that domain to your existing WordPressdotcom site at dupagelibertarians.wordpress.com you also need to purchase the domain mapping upgrade here on WordPressdotcom.

If you want to connect that domain again, any admin on the site should be able to buy it by going to My Sites ->Domains ->Add and selecting the Map It option. Use a Domain You Already Own (Domain Mapping)
Once you or another user in an Admin role on the site follow those instructions, the site will be reconnected to your custom domain.
