I've screwed up the domain names.

  Working with a non-profit, a colleague registered the domain we want to us at register.com- samaratouristboard.org. I built a wordpress site at samaratouristboarddotcom.wordpress.com (the dotcom was an error and I’d like to get rid of it if I can) and then bought samaratouristboard.com. We want .org to direct to the wordpress site I’m building. I followed the instructions but instead of linking to wordpress, all addresses link back to her original site at register.com. HELP!
