I've tried to add a form page to my blog, but the page is blank after I publish
-
I set the form up as instructed, click publish, but when I view the page there is no form.

When I published it it was blank, so I saved it back to draft so it wouldn’t appear on my blog as a blank page.
-
Did you use the Contact Form button on the visual editor or were you trying to make the form by hand?
-
I used the contact form button in the editor. I’ve set up a couple of forms before doing this, but the last couple I tried had the same results…of a blank screan.
-
I just tried it again. I set up the form with a couple of custom checkbox fields, switch the screan to the html tab, and when I switch back to the Visual tab, the form info is gone.
-
Was the form inserted into the Visual HTML tab before you switched tabs?
If so, can you tell us which browser (and version of) you’re using?
-
Yes it was inserted into the Visual WYSWYG before I switched windows to HTML tab. Also, when I set it up from the Fisual tab, then saved it, when I hit preview or just went to the page in the browser as usual, it was blank.
Explorer 9.

I have a form in another one of my WordPress blogs that works fine.
-
I’d like to rule-out a browser-specific issue.
Would you please see if you have the same trouble in Chrome?
-
-
Hm, well that’s good at least. Do you have any add-ons with IE?
If so, would you mind trying again with all of them disabled?
