Ive tried to change the image on my header

  But ive had no luck. The theme just stays the same every time I look at my blog its still the same image. Im doing this by uploading an image from my phone. ?

  There is presently no header image displayed on the site https://volvov70blog.wordpress.com/? Are you referring to this site, or another?

  Yep, as @musicdoc1 said, at this moment I can’t see any picture in the header of volvov70blog.wordpress.com ( http://zcreenshot.com/60j18.png ). Could you give us more details about what you want to do? maybe we can further assist you!
