I've upgraded to Pro bust still can't upload my theme

Hi,
I have OptimizePress. I have my domains hosted with Hostgator. I have installed WordPress via Fantastico in my cPanel. I went back to my WordPress account to Manage my Theme to choose the OptimizePress one and the Manage Themes tab was not showing in my WordPress account. So I upgraded to Pro. It’s still not showing so I still can’t change it to an OptimizePress theme. I’ve now realised that I may only have had to spend $30 upgrade themes anyway!! So I’m frustrated! PLEASE HELP!

On wp.com, we cannot install themes downloaded from the internet. The only themes we can use are available under the dashboard—>appearance—>themes.Upgrades do not change this situation: domain mapping, and CSS design upgrade, or pro bundle still leave your site hosted here at wp.com. The same rules and restrictions apply.

Yes, I understand that. I’m not trying to install a theme downloaded from the internet.

Sorry, but you cannot use OptimizePress on wordpress.com. I was confused by a theme with a similar name which is made for wp.org.

I have installed WordPress via Fantastico in my cPanel.
That goes with a WordPress.ORG install not a WordPress.COM blog

The contact form is closed until the end of the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday (25 November 2012). But you should be able to reach them via your dashboard—>store—>contact then. I’ll modlook this thread as well. -
You can cancel your Value Bundle and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the Bundle in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
