  This is what I found:
  It means that your domain name has been suspended directly by the registry for failing to verify your email address. To remove this suspension, you need to find the verification email and click the link.
  Go through your WordPress emails and verify your mail to recover your account.

  As you can see yourself at https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/sethrichest.wordpress.com?proto=http, your site is up and running.
  There are several reasons why a site won’t connect. E.g. some countries do block wordpress.com websites, so what country are in in?
