iWeb to WordPress

  Hello,
  I’ve spent the last few days researching workarounds for importing my iWeb blog into a new personal WordPress blog (mcspins.wordpress.com) before iWeb/MobileMe disappears on June 30. While many people suggesting using an RSS import option under Tools, I don’t find that option. Any suggestions? I need the “dummies” version for any solution suggested.
