  I have just subscribed with Premium thinking I could bring scottcraig.life with me. I am notified that I CAN NOT. I would like to continue with ?WordPress with Scottcraig.life. I am requesting assistance in doing so?

  you can’t transfer a domain name to WordPress.COM – they are not set up for the incoming transfer – you can domain map the name to a blog here for $13.-/yr

  ok thank you…
  1&1 stated that they will supply an Authorization code/# so that I could retain the same name of my website….
  So, for a website domain name, I am NOT able to bring my site name scottcraig.life to wordpress… is that correct?

  scottcraig.life – can’t be transferred to WordPress.COM – it needs to be registered not here – probably leaving it with 1&1 would be the easiest if you are happy with them –

  if you bought the $99.-/yr upgrade the domain mapping is included in the package

  No – there is no phone support – most support is done in the forum –

  the staff help in the forum when a question can’t be answered by someone helping in the forum – if you need staff attention add the tag modlook to the side bar tag section
