Hiya,

is there any way i can add a drop shadow to the title text that appears over the top of he homepage image?

Hi James, I see you are using a logo image instead of the text-based site title. Is this working for you, or did you want to switch and used the text-based site title?

Ah, I said title but perhaps I meant tagline!

The text that reads “Excellence in Signage & Display Graphics. Call 01423 885 045”

James, looking at your logo image, the tagline you reference is included in the image itself. I would suggest editing your original image in your image editing program and add the drop shadow there since there isn’t a way for us to add a drop shadow within an image using CSS.

I dont understand – it’s definitely not part of the image.

Are we talking about the right part?

There are a few different images that load up as a header, and the text is the site title that goes over the top.

If you look at the site on a mobile device the title text actually site underneath the image!

Ah, sorry, you are talking about the header image, not the logo image at the top. Add this and you can play with the values and color.
