  How can I change the right sidebar width in Ixion theme, as well as make the widgets in that sidebar smaller?

  Hello @faigiewalter,
  Unfortunately, you won’t be able to do that on a free WordPress plan. To be able to do CSS design customizations you will need to upgrade to a WordPress Premium Plan.
