Jack pack connection

I signed up about 3 months ago. I didn’t try using it until a couple weeks ago and then tonight. I cannot access or do anything because the jack pack connection is off. I have no idea what that is or how to fix it. I’ve sat online for a couple hours twice waiting for an expert to help me out. No one has responded. I paid for this and would like to use it. Can I set an appointment up so I don’t have to sit for a couple hours hoping someone will be available?

if you have a plan like premium, business or e-commerce you can chat directly with or support team.
When you are logged into WordPress.com, click on the blue and white ? icon in the lower right corner to access all of our Help resources. Then, click the Contact Us button. Type your question in the box under “How can we help?” and then press Chat with us to begin the chat session.
