Hi,
I am having issues with my email address set up originally with WordPress however I have since migrated my website to a local server.
The issue is my email address associated with the above domain which is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
I want to use this email address on my new server however I can no longer access any settings on my original wordpress account meaning I can’t use this email address anymore, since I pointed the domain and website away from WordPress I can’t even contact your support page as the site is coming up as “unknown”
Can you please help as its becoming very frustrating.

I do not see any upgrades under your @jimfreestyle WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?
I can confirm that jamesbeck.design is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @jimfreestyle login.
