Japan CT details not valid

    When trying to update my card details, I am told that Your CT details are not valid. Please check each field and try again.

    I am entering the same information as from the Japan NTA website for my company’s CT registration page.

    The company name and address are in full-width kanji, and the CT ID is in alphanumeric.

    Any idea what’s wrong?
