  It’d be great if you guys offered the Japanese Cherry Blossom theme (the Hemingway mod) in wordpress.com!!!

  I’m going to be charitable and assume you didn’t mean to post the same request twice :)

  As this isn’t really a theme in its own right but a restyling of an existing theme, I can’t see this being offered in the Presentation panel. You could send a feedback and ask for it to be offered as an extra option in Hemingway, but your best bet is probably to buy the custom CSS upgrade and add extra CSS to Hemingway to make it look like it.
