Java Script not Responsive

    Hi, on our website we have a link for people to register on our database, My Music Staff. This is the code:

    This loads well on a PC screen but on a mobile device, once you scroll down the page the form fields disappear. You can see that on this page: https://www.lamphousemusic.co.uk/mms-sign-up/

    Is there anything I can do to change this? I’ve tried it with the Gutenberg editor and our theme page builder, WPBakery.
