  I need to be able to enter a line of javascript into my home page, but when I put put the script into my page in the text area, it does not show up in the visual area. I don’t really know anything about javascript, so any help is appreciated.

  Users are not allowed to post Javascript in the editor on WordPress.com. It would allow the sites, and ultimately the platform be vulnerable to numerous bugs and hacks.

  Perhaps you can tell us what you’re trying to accomplish, and there may be another way.

  I tried to put in Javascript too but it keeps on cut the script part and displays the heading only.

  I wanted to know where are the users coming to my blog… I mean which country or city. Is there a way we can display that other than site stats(which is visible to admin/author only)
