JavaScript doesn’t work within page elements

  I’m trying to embed media player into my blog’s sidebar.

  The div tag expands the space specified and embeds the flash control. The player on the otherhand does not appear.

  I am uncertian where to put the script source reference the “.. <script = ….”

  I would be very greatfull if someone can give me some advice regarding this matter. I am aware that some scripts are a bit buggy in terms of wordpress compatabilty. So any php snippet that will allow me to embed this player and its JavaScript parrameters will be greatly appreceated
