Javascript Not working – quick edit, add media etc

I noticed the quick edit and add media (when editing in a post) aren’t working. it looks like most of the javascript buttons dont work as well, such as add a category from within a post edit.
I’ve done the troubleshooting trying out multiple browsers (firefox, chrome, IE) and turned off compatibility mode, cleared cache, disabled add ins, made sure flash is updated, etc.
I noticed this earlier today, then the button worked once and now it hasnt. Also, it worked last night on the same exact computer without any issues.

Make sure that you have both third-party cookies enabled and JavaScript enabled on your browser please

Do you have any security software enabled on your computer that could be blocking things?
