  Hi there,
  I am Jaydeep biswas. I need help from the senior member in the community. I have a blog in wordpress and want to know that how can I trace the visitors coming to blog. Is there any plugin available which can give the stat of the visitors coming to blog.

  We cannot use plugins here on WordPress.com. WordPress.com has its own stats system, which you can learn about here http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/

  There are also 3rd party stats monitors that you can add to your site in a text widget in your sidebar. See here: http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2010/01/06/getclicky-real-time-stats-for-wordpress-com-blogs/
