  I started this new website but did not know what I was doing and published prematurely. I have acquired a book from the library with detailed description of how to set up website and so would like to start over. How can I delete this site and begin to set up a new website? I want to have the same username, etc.

  If you’d like to empty your site (delete all posts/pages/images) but keep the same domain name, you can follow the instructions on this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
