I tried to add the plugin jDefender and now get the error message “We found an error in a query. Please contact the support with an archive of the logs in the folder your website /joobi/user/logs”. There is nothing under the logs and it will not let me go to my site. What do I need to do?

Custom plugins aren’t allowed on WordPress.com. So if you’ve tried to add the plugin jDefender, it means you’re using a self hosted WordPress.ORG site.
I’m sorry but here on this forum, we only provide support for sites hosted on WordPress.com.

You should contact your web host with the error message. They’ll be able to fix it for you :)
