    So I understand correctly, are you having trouble managing the site http://avocat-famille-williams.fr/ which is hosted with IONOS?

    IONOS is a separate company to WordPress.com. It appears that http://avocat-famille-williams.fr/ uses the free WordPress software which comes from WordPress.org. It isn’t connected to our system here on WordPress.com at this time, because the domain is not pointing to our servers; it points to the servers of IONOS instead.

    When I visit http://avocat-famille-williams.fr/ as a normal visitor, I see an error relating to a plugin called “GT3 Photo Video Gallery”. Because this site is not hosted with WordPress.com, I don’t have any way to see more details about it; but it seems like this particular plugin should be disabled.

    I would definitely recommend asking either IONOS customer service if they can help you check this; or potentially the community forums of WordPress.org, which are here:
