  Navrée mais je n’y comprend rien et l’anglais en m’aide pas. Je suis Française et ne comprend pas.
  Les explications avec les liens que vois me donnez ne sont pas du tout claire.Salutations

  Basically, you can exporter your blog from Tools -> Export in your Dashboard here, then import via Tools -> Import in the Dashboard of your self-hosted blog.

  Officially, support is only offered in English, but I’ll see if I can track down someone who can reply in French.

  You can export your WordPress.com blog from https://canel2.wordpress.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=export-choices

  You can then import it via a similar location on your self-hosted WordPress.org blog.

  Until I can find someone to reply in French, try http://translate.google.com/ for a translation.
