Jeckpack error after updation on 18th December 2018
-
Till now, everything was fine. But soon after plugin was updated on 18th December 2018, site stats has gone and I was not able to save/modify editor. It gives error of a missing element of Jeckpack which I can’t remember right now. I even tried by uninstalling Jectpack and installing it back. Editor is working fine now, but site stats page not found. Can you please help?
My site is: http://mywordsnthoughts.com/myworld/
Plugin page is also showing a green button ‘Setup Jackpack’ above the installed plugin list, even after I activated the plugin. If I click on the green button as instructed, it returns to the homepage and the url says, ‘http://mywordsnthoughts.com/myworld/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack&action=register&_wpnonce=66b0a8ee04&from=banner-44-slide-1-plugins&auth_approved=true’
Can you please help to sort the issue? -
Hello @sandhyaadmin2017,
It appears you’re running the self-hosted version of WordPress. This forum assists users with sites hosted with WordPress.com. You can learn more about the differences between WordPress.com vs WordPress.org here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
I ran your URL through the Jetpack debug page and it seems there’s an unknown error.
If you do the same, you’ll notice there will be links to troubleshoot further or to contact the Jetpack team for resolution.
Best of luck!
