Is it possible to add a feature image to the right side of the Widget/sidebar…on the HUGE Sea of Burgundy Void on the Jentri Theme?
    Thanks

Or, even get the theme proportionate to the view which is shone on the Themes Feature page:

Because that theme is designed with the container left-aligned, there is nothing that can be done without some CSS editing experience and the paid CSS upgrade.

Okay, thanks…but did you see the Featured Picture of the Theme itself…I mean the proportions of the right to left white/burgundy?

The little thumbnail is not a good thing to go by. This theme dates back to 2006 and like most themes here it was originally coded to run on wordpress.ORG software and then adapted to run on wordpress.COM software.

I will not post the link to the wordpress.ORG version so I do not cause any confusion. The sidebar in both versions of the Jentri theme is left aligned and the only way to change that and use the “emptiness” in it is exactly what TSP said: “Because that theme is designed with the container left-aligned, there is nothing that can be done without some CSS editing experience and the paid CSS upgrade. ”

There are no “proportions” of the two columns. The left column has a fixed width, and the burgundy one stretches across the rest of the browser window. Width of rest of browser window depends on screen resolution and amount of zooming in.

The thumbnail in the Themes page depicts what you’d get in a low resolution screen. Besides, those thumbnails don’t necessarily depict the whole of a theme – check the thumb for Freshy, for instance.
