Error Message: Jetpack can’t communicate with your site because your site isn’t responding to requests. I keep getting this message
WP.com: Yes

If i try to change general settings the screen just flashes then gives me a “something went wrong.” It won’t show my pages or plugins so I can’t turn off plugins to check what isn’t working. Nothing of the site is showing since Sunday. when i try to add team members it won’t let me change the roles. Nothing is working at all so the usual fixes aren’t available

Hello there!
It seems like you’re trying to access your website from https://wordpress.com/stats/day/kevinjkennedy.com. However, this won’t work because your website is currently down.
While you can view your WordPress site in your WordPress.com dashboard due to the connection you established through the Jetpack plugin, this connection only allows you to manage certain aspects of your site from that dashboard. Unfortunately, since your website is offline, you won’t be able to perform any actions from WordPress.com.
To address this issue, I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for assistance. They have access to your site’s files and are best equipped to identify and resolve the problem. Alternatively, if the issue relates to your domain, you should contact your domain registrar for support.
Once your site is back online and you can access the wp-admin area, you should receive a prompt to reconnect Jetpack.
I hope this explanation helps clarify the situation!
