Hi there,
Do you mean you’re unable to edit your posts specifically from your account here on WordPress.com? Or do you have trouble when logging directly into WP-Admin as well?
We have no control at all over access to your dashboard or your ability to edit your posts. All Jetpack does is connect your site to a WordPress.com account, allowing you to manage certain aspects of the site from our end, rather than directly from the dashboard.
At the moment it appears the Jetpack connection for your site is broken, so editing your posts from your WordPress.com account won’t work:
https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=http://www.pirateride.org/
But you should still be able to edit posts from WP-Admin itself, like you’ve been doing it before installing Jetpack. If editing in WP-Admin is also broken, that points to an issue with WordPress itself. In that case, please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the open source version of WordPress you’re using:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
To fix the Jetpack connection for your site so things are accessible from your WordPress.com account, contact your hosting provider and make sure XML-RPC is switched on for your site, and that your host isn’t blocking access to that service. If you’re using any security plugins on your site, make sure those also allow access to XML-RPC.
You can find more information in this regard in the Jetpack support page at https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/fixing-jetpack-connection-issues/#check-your-xmlrpc-php-file
