Jet pack Disconnection

    Hi,

    I’m unable to start making my website as every time I click on the ‘Write’ icon I get this message;

    ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’.

    So I’ve clicked on the ‘wp admin’ link and a new page pops up with an error code.

    I’ve also read the support guide and it says to click on ‘My site’ and disconnect and reconnect but I can’t even click on the ‘My Site’ icon without the same warning message popping up.

    Please can you help?

    I’m looking at worldwidedressed.com. If it’s a different site that you need help with please let us know.

    There’s a communication error between that site and our Jetpack plugin. It’s an issue with xml rpc.

    Hi,

    I’ve tried all of the above.

    the error code I received is not the same as the error codes that are listed and I can’t do any of the other steps because it won’t let me on to my site’s settings.

    I don’t even have a site or theme set up in WordPress yet so not sure why this is happening.
    Do you suggest I delete my account an try again?

  • Hi Sally, I do see one site already attached to this account. Would you like us to remove it for you? It’s worldwidedressed.com, and the domain does not seem to be active right now.
