Jet pack error, site says critical error

My website will not show on WordPress.com when I select my site. It says jet pack is not installed. I followed the instructions to reinstall but I can’t get anything to show up. My site is hosted by ipage. How do I go about getting it published again. All the files are still on the host. I get no preview or anything through WordPress.

Another option is to try a manual installation of Jetpack.
