Jet Pack Issues
-
I’m getting an error on farranstreet.com.au
– Please check your primary site’s jetpack connection. But when I have a look it appears all good.
Also, I’m getting an error when I try to get to support chat.
“Support concierge can’t load”
I’m assuming these errors are creating the FaceBook “301 Moved Permantely” errors I’m getting when I try to link to my site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I’m getting an error on farranstreet.com.au
– Please check your primary site’s jetpack connection. To clarify, you see this when you visit your site? For me it loads without an error message as shown here:
Is it the case that you see this message on some other page besides your site homepage? If so what is the URL so we can take a closer look?
Also, I’m getting an error when I try to get to support chat. “Support concierge can’t load”
How are you accessing chat? Are you reaching that form this page? https://wordpress.com/help/
Or are you clicking on the (?) icon you see in the lower right on admin pages instead? What if you visit this direct URL, does it load for you? https://wordpress.com/help/contact
Thanks for the additional info!

When I view the blog and click on the bottom of the post that says edit.
It brings me to a blank screen https://wordpress.com/post?site=9724
and displays the error Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection
wp-admin -
Then I click the button top middle – contact support
This brings up the error – “We couldn’t load our Concierge schedule. Please try again later.”

Gotcha, thank you for that info. It seems this error message is related to an issue with the cache and cookies stored in your browser. It looks like you are using Google Chrome as your browser, so with this in mind I would like you to try the following:
– clear your cache and cookies based on the steps google recommends here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
– Also make sure you are not blocking any “3rd party cookies” as explained in that guide as well. Then try again to log in to WordPress.com ad access https://wordpress.com/help
Does the error message go away? If you continue to have loading issues after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Firefox. Are you able to proceed if you use a browser other than Chrome?
Thanks for the additional info!
