Jet pack says they can’t backup my site successfully

    Hello, I keep getting messages from jet pack that they can’t backup my site successfully, why is that? When I try to reconnect, it says unavailable.

    Is it referring to my site or a different site?

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I have verified that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. In this case, you use the self-hosted version, the software of which is available on WordPress.org.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are different. Check it out: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
