Jet Pack stats- Forced to upgrade to commercial site when I mine has no income.

I have JetPack installed. My stats page now shows:

“You need to upgrade to a commercial license to continue using Jetpack Stats. To ensure uninterrupted access to core Stats features, please upgrade to a Jetpack Stats Commercial license using the button below”

I have read the commercial sites definition: ‘In its simplest terms, a commercial site is one that you try to make money from. This most commonly includes selling a product or service or showing ads or affiliate links.’ NONE of that has ever applied on my site.

All that is offered on my site is written information and guidance for freshmen of Purdue university. No paid services are provided; I dont solicit or take donations, I dont make any money. I do not charge for any of the material I write and post. I have no ads and never have.

The Jetpack stats help page says I can get my blog reverified as free on the Purchase page- but there is no reverification link. The wordpress purchase page shows my site has a free noncommercial licence which is valid.

I am requesting that my site be re-verified as non-commercial and my free plan be re-instated. Please advise and thank you. I look forward to hearing from you shortly

    Thanks for writing.

I have reviewed your site https://lnshah.com/purdue/

I have confirmed that your website is for non-commercial use only and therefore qualifies for our Free Stats plan. I have adjusted this in our records. You should be able to view your stats now; please let us know if you do not see them.
