    WordPressのアップデートが原因だと思いますが、Jetpackがダッシュボードからなくなり、プラグインのどこにも見えず、再インストールをするとインストール済となって正常に使えない状態にあります。

    WordPress.comからJetPackとの連携解除し、再インストールをしようとしましたが駄目でした。

    WordPress.comでのアカウントの連携を戻す方法と、
    どのようにするとWordPress上でJetpackが再び使えるようになりますか。

    What is the URL of your site? I don’t see any Jetpack sites connected to the WordPress.com account you’re using to post here.

    It sounds like a Jetpack file might have become corrupted. Try deleting Jetpack from your site manually – using FTP at your host, delete the Jetpack folder under wp-content > plugins > jetpack on your server. Then try reinstalling Jetpack.

    If that also doesn’t work, it will be better if you contact the Jetpack support team directly at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/

    FTPから手動でJetpackを削除しようとしましたがJetpack フォルダがなく削除できません。

    これまでにWordPress.orgは使用したことがなく、アカウントを作成しようとしましたが、所有のどのメールアドレスにしても有効なメールアドレスを入力してください というメッセージがでて、登録できない状況です。

    I haven’t used WordPress.org before and tried to create an account, but I can’t register because I get a message asking me to enter a valid email address for any email address I own.

    We don’t have any control over WordPress.org’s registration process, but you should be able to use any yahoo.co.jp address there without issue.

    Additionally you still have Jetpack installed on your site as we can still access the readme.txt file included in the plugin:

    https://movingmusic-mm.com/wp/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/readme.txt

    You need to FTP into your WordPress install and find the plugin folder jetpack to delete it from your site. Then you can reinstall it from your dashboard.

    If you have trouble and don’t see that folder, reach out to your hosting provider for help to see why the files still exist but you don’t see them via FTP. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this.

    If you still have trouble after contacting your host, you will need to reach out to Jetpack support on the WordPress.org forums for further assistance:

    やはり私のサイトにはまだJetpackはあるんですね。

    ファイルについて、ホスティング プロバイダに連絡してみます。
