    Hi @ktlundberg

    It looks like you’re in the wrong forum.

    Your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress. Therefore, you need to contact your hosting provider regarding your issue.

    Your current DNS Settings are as follow:

    amy.ns.cloudflare.com
    hank.ns.cloudflare.com

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with a self-hosted WordPress site you need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

    https://wordpress.org/support/

    If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the self-hosted WordPress.org you can read this article:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  • Hi there,

    You’ll need to access your site’s files via FTP at your hosting provider and completely delete the Jetpack folder. Then you’ll be able to reinstall the plugin.

    For more help, you can post in the Jetpack forums, here:

    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack

    @ratneshsonar
    , please don’t refer users asking about Jetpack, or any specific plugin for that matter, to the general WordPress.org forums. Those forums only provide help with the core WordPress software. For help with specific plugins one needs to go to the subforum for that plugin, or contact the plugin’s official support directly.
