  You cannot disable Jetpack, if your site is built on WordPress.com

  How can I disable Jetpack?

  May I ask what is the reason you want to disable? Are you trying to disable for specific functionality which you don’t want to use?
  if you tell us we can provide you solution on the issue.

  Jetpack features is already pre-installed for WordPress.com sites.

  I can’t figure out how to change the font size or color. The toolbar I once had is no longer available.
