  is there any ways to change the theme layout without going into jetpack or paying?

  Hi @jolauriedesign2019, sure. You’ll want to head over to the correct support site for that though. These forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host.
