  Hi there. I need to unsubscribe to jetpack premium, but they say I have no account though I pay very month? Can you help me?

  Hmm, I don’t see any subscription for that site. Have you tried typing in the transaction details into https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/, as staff-doublebassd explained?
