  Hello,

  Was able to ship through the site, now getting a notice to activate Jet pack and continually get …
  ‘This WordPress.com account is already connected to another user on this site. Please login to another WordPress.com account to complete he connection

  Don’t know what that means, please help. Need to be able to ship.

  Hi there:

  That error message means there’s another local user on your site (found under Users -> All Users) that’s already connected to your WordPress.com user account. Each local user on your site can only be connected to their own WordPress.com user account. Therefore if you have more than one person on your site needing to connect Jetpack, each person needs their own WordPress.com account.

  Hello, Thank you for the help….There is only one user…me. I still get the same message?

  If you go under Users -> All users and you’ll see the full list of users on your site. There should be a Jetpack icon next to the user account that is connected. Here’s a screenshot of what that would look like:

  

  If your account is the one that is connected, then you’ll need to reach out to Jetpack support for more assistance on their support forum:
