Hi,
Sorry to hear about your site. Sounds like you want to get in touch with your hosting provider if it was supposed to be included in your hosting plan.
Best of luck.

Hi there,
What is the URL of the site you need help with?
WordPress.com and Bluehost are two different companies, and we don’t offer any Bluehost hosting plans :)
At Bluehost you’ll be using the open source WordPress software, made by the community on WordPress.org, but you don’t need a WordPress.org account to use that software. A WordPress.org account is only needed to post in their support forums.
Some of Bluehost’s hosting plans also include a Jetpack plan, and you’ll use the Jetpack plugin to connect your site with them, to your username account with us. That allows you to manage the site from our end, and gives you access to certain features we offer on this end. But right now it doesn’t look like you have any Jetpack connections in this account yet.
Your Bluehost hosting account and your site’s admin account are both completely separate from your WordPress.com account, and they can all be using the same email address.
From your description it sounds like you might be trying to get into your admin account for the site? In that case, contacting support at Bluehost is your best option for help with this.
