  What is the address of the site you’re referring to? I don’t see a Jetpack site connected to your WordPress.com account.

  The site at craftingwithannette.com is hosted on our Business Plan, under a different WordPress.com account. It’s not possible to disconnect Jetpack for that site, as Jetpack is required for our Business Plan features to work.
